Cost- £645 per week plus Weekly Service fee

Fully managed, fully furnished, beautiful 3 double bedroom lodge sleeping up to 6 people. We offer a short, flexible term contracts with a minimum 4 week stay. Located just 3 miles from Winchester city centre and with great transport links to the south coat, London and the M3 corridor.

Whether you are relocating to the area, carrying out home improvements or staying in the area on business, we can accommodate medium-long term rentals, at competitive rates without having to be tied into a 6 month residential letting.

Inside the beautiful exposed pine logs and vaulted ceilings offer contemporary and relaxing open plan living, dining area with large LCD TV and DVD player. The lodges are heated throughout and are lovely and warm even when its chilly outside.

Large double doors open onto a private decked balcony which looks out onto a private putting green and ancient woodland. Guest putters and balls are provided so all can enjoy the guest putting green. Outdoor furniture is also provided to sit back and enjoy the view. 

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. All cooking utensils, crockery and pots and pans are also provided . A utility cupboard with washing machine and laundry facilities is located just off the entrance hall.

The three double bedrooms are light and airy with contemporary bedroom furniture. The en-suite master bedroom can be either arranged as two single beds or a super king bed. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms. Linen and towels can be provided for your arrival or throughout your stay if required (additional cost).

There are two bathrooms, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower as well as an en-suite shower room.

Dogs are welcome in most of of our lodges subject to certain terms (supplement applies).

Parking for at least two cars is provided by the front door of your lodge. All local taxes and rates are included in the fixed weekly service fee (fair use policy).
