A Taste of Winchester - 8 Jul 2024 - 13 Jul 2024 – This is a weeklong celebration so you can pop in and out as your desire. You can sample fresh local food and wash it down with handmade beverages whilst you meander the stalls and take in the heady scents of sumptuous samples. There are many events taking place across Winchester including workshops, trails, talks, masterclasses and cocktail making! This is the appetiser for Winchesters Food Festival with even more excitement. Hungry yet?
Winchester Food Festival - 14 Jul 2024 – Did we mention this event is free? So, no need to book tickets! You can pack a picnic (in your fully equipped kitchen in your lodge, by the way!) and enjoy it with other food enthusiasts in the stunning ground of Winchester Cathedral. You can wander the market stalls where local producers showcase their finest foods. You can visit the Chef’s Kitchen and watch culinary artists in their element and even enjoy a host of children’s activities to make sure those sugar highs are channelled!
Wickham Festival- 1 Aug 2024 - 4 Aug 2024 – This 4-day festival is a great place to soak up live music across 4 main stages, all set in beautiful rural locations. There will be entertainment for the whole family with an ever-growing list of diverse acts. This particular festival is known for a family-friendly vibe. This will be a great day out for all ages, just be sure to buy your tickets in advance.
Boomtown - 7 Aug 2024 - 11 Aug 2024 – This is a mixture of theatrics and music, it’s the UK largest independent festival and one of the most creative experiences! This is not just a festival, it’s a fully immersive and interactive story-led show. The accompanying music is eclectic to say the least and features everything from underground, reggae, jazz, metal and even hip hop! A must-see unique experience.
