During this current time of worry and uncertainty we want to do our very best to help as much as we can. Firstly, please let us assure you that we are open and fully operational. In addition to our usual high standards when it comes to health and hygiene, we have put extra stringent measures in place to concentrate on the treatment of commonly touched surfaces, such as door handles.
If you need to self-isolate, need to offer a haven to those family members more at risk, are having building work to your homes which has been interrupted, or simply need to get away from it all, we still have spaces in our individual lodges.
We are happily situated in a safe, isolated environment surrounded by woodlands with self-contained luxury lodges. Each lodge has all the facilities needed to enjoy staying with us away from the crowds, without having to venture out at all if you do not wish to. Your shopping can be delivered to your door, along with fully cooked meals. You have a kitchen to prepare the food and all the utensils needed. Our lodges have always been a sanctuary to escape the busy pace of everyday life, therefore we do not offer communal areas and even have a self-service check in with your key left conveniently in your door upon your arrival.
Please let us reiterate that our hot tubs are (as always) thoroughly cleaned, refreshed and treated during your stay, our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and our high standards remain in place for general cleanliness; we have added additional measures to ensure that we are doing everything we can to help reduce risk to all of our guests and our staff – the health of both are paramount to us.

We kindly ask that you help us to maintain these high standards by washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, try to avoid excessive touching of your face, please cover your mouth to cough or sneeze and if you display any potential symptoms of COVID-19 please let a member of staff know in advance of your arrival.
This said, we hope very much we can help you and your loved ones to stay safe and stay happy. You can still enjoy the fresh air in the woodlands, walk the trails and watch the wildlife go by.
